This week, I will show you the Bottled Happiness stamp set from Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. I purchased this set last year after seeing many great cards created using the stamp and punch bundle! I can’t wait to show you all the fabulous creations!
Today’s card I created using my favorite 2022-2024 In-Color Starry Sky and Balmy Blue. They pair beautifully together. I love how the scalloped layers turned out in this card. And, of course, I embellished it with my favorite Iridescent Rhinestones.
